I worked with a company from Nov 2023 to May 2024 as a full-timer and later as a freelancer. Salary delays were frequent, and after multiple missed deadlines, I visited their office to discuss pending dues. The employer is now alleging misconduct, defamation, and unprofessional behavior for contacting his wife [CEO of the Company] when calls went unanswered. I need legal advice to address these claims and ensure proper closure once the payment is cleared.

Hi Sir/Madam, please share appointment letter of your and let me know term and condition of appointment letter given by the company and from Nov 2023 to may 2024 how many days did worked in your ex-campanies
