I worked with a company from Nov 2023 to May 2024 as a full-timer and later as a freelancer. Salary delays were frequent, and after multiple missed deadlines, I visited their office to discuss pending dues. The employer is now alleging misconduct, defamation, and unprofessional behavior for contacting his wife [CEO of the Company] when calls went unanswered.
