Already hight court given judgement set the Direction to the company grant Employment periods of 3 month's..but compay deny refuse the employment under policy ..
Well, if the Company is refusing to provide you Employment in violation of the High Court's Order, then this is the clear case of Violation of Court's Order cum Judgement, which is a serious Contempt of Court. Hence, you file a case against your Employer for Contempt of Court and to reinstate you.
