Forceful Change in Work Hours/Shift Although Contract States Otherwise

Hi, If Appointment letter states "transfer agreement will not deem to constitute a change in your conditions of service" can the employer forcefully change shift/work hours?

Please do a mail or send a registered letter to the authority of your company. If then also no action takes place then Go for a legal notice. If all these steps of yours fail. Then you have the right to file a complaint in the Labour court. For details and further process it will be better to connect through a call or message. Thanks

It is clear that both Employer and Employee have to obey the terms the Appointment Letter. And if the Employer is not obeying the terms of Appointment letter, the Employee has all his rights to approach the concerned legal authority for availing his rights. It is advised in your case to serve the employer a legal notice to obey the terms of the appointment letter and if the problem still exists, you can proceed further legal action.
