F&F settlement not received from company
11-Dec-2024 (In Labour & Service Law)
My last working day was 30Oct2024 and I got paid Oct's salary on 25Oct2024 (25th is the salary processing date) and have also received my Relieving letter 2 weeks later. However, there has been no mention about any F&F settlement. Kindly confirm if Im legally eligible to receive F&F from the company as am not sure since i got paid for the last working month.

You haven’t provided the details for full and final settlement kindly mention about the due amount and details to receive it , whatever the due from employer you are eligible for it and you can initiate action for it.
