Family income for EWS certificate

My income is below 8lacs pa. But clubbed with my father's it will cross 8 lac. Is there still a way to get EWS. Under what condition my father's income will not be part of family income.

Hi You won’t be able to claim the EWS reservation as all family assets income from all sources will be calculated. The threshold is 8l your family income should be less than that to get the benefit under EWS. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss further. Regards Adv. Abhinav Sharma
