False commitment regarding salary increament

My notice period is 60 days in curent company. I had shared my intent to resign the company due to other opportunity but the mangement committed me to meet the salary and you will receive it within 20 days. However, it is approx 40 days but I did not receive any letter and my date of joining is left only 15 days. what should I do as I am not resigning yet on email. pls suggest me
First I need to go through the terms and conditions of your appointment letter. You had said that they committed to pay your salary within 20 days , however it’s been 40 days and your salary still not paid. In such you should serve them a legal demand notice for your salary within 15 days period. For further clarification, please feel free to reach me.
