failure to pay f&f even after 90 day

I left my company at 25th January 2025 and they said it take 90 day to do my FNF but after 90 day they say there have been a delay and it take another 10 to 15 days so in this case what should I do ?
If the company has given an assurance to you that they shall clear the dues within 10-15 days then you should wait. If there is still a delay in payment of your dues then you must initiate legal action. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

Well, it is upto you to wait or not, if you can wait, then you, if you cannot, then, serve them a Legal Notice, as by serving legal notice, you may get your Salary, if you won't get despite serving Legal Notice, then you can file a case in Court.
