An EMPLOYEE recently joined a company 10 days ago, they paid for his relocation. His BGV failed and company found fabricated tenure. Company is now forcing employee to visit HO. Is it advisable to visit HO or the employee should resign and submit the assests ? What would be the best course of action
Well, it is best for that Employee to tender Resignation and submit the assets of the Company given to him without fail as soon as possible! However, still after that, the Company holds the right and it is his discretion to sue the Employee or not which tried its best to play fraud with its Employer!
