EPF Withdrawal Claim Rejection

EPFO has rejected my EPF withdrawal claims 4 times,each time with different frivolous reasons.I would like to take legal action against EPFO.What are my options?

if approved by the company what are feedback are getting from EPF officer for rejecting your claim
