Employment bond & notice period legality

18-Apr-2026 (In Labour & Service Law)
I signed an employment bond of ₹85,000. My salary was ₹30,000/month. I resigned without serving the notice period and joined another company. My employer is now demanding ₹1,45,000 including bond + notice pay. No proper training certificate or structured training was provided, and no written job description was given. Is this bond legally enforceable? How much am I actually liable to pay under Indian law? Can they take legal action?

they cannot take any legal action against you. they can send you a notice but cannot file any complaint against you.. you just need yo reply to their notice about the wrongful act they did during your employment
