Employer refuse to provide original certificate. What action can i take against him?

We will have to first of all examine the companies policy and then we can provide you with a legal solution. However no company has right to keep the original marksheet of the candidates as it deprives you of your fundamental rights. But still we will have to examine the policy

Hello, I distinctly remember this query was answered long back. However get the document from the FIRM BY FILING FOR A DIRECTION FROM THE civil curt , provided your contract agreement allows such a thing or not yyou have to asceertain First.For which the offer of empolyment and your acceptances LETTER ARE REQUIRED. If he refuses to give your educational certificates you send a detailed representation claiming your certificates or send a lawyer notice. If he refuses to give back your certificate you can lodge a police complaint. But have you signed in any of the document for any agreement for the service?you did not mentioned about that.
