Dear Client, You query is incomplete and required some more details of your employment and terms and conditions. If you have submitted your resignation as per employment conditions, the company must release your final salary. You may contact me for further details and course of action /advise. My response to your query: 1) write letter informing that you left the company and fallowed the all necessary procedure also mention that the your salary is pending and not paid by company. 2) if the company has not given proper reply you can send a legal notice through Advocate. This is my response to you: 1. You should write a formal letter to HR; 2. If they still do not then send a legal notice; 3. Approach a local lawyer and explain your problem; 4. Keep a copy of all your employment documents to show a lawyer.
