Employer not giving salary after leaving the company how to recover

Hi sir I have left the company 45 days but my company not deposited salary my account pls help how to write email and what should i do

My response to your query:
1) write letter informing that you left the company and fallowed the all necessary procedure also mention that the your salary is pending and not paid by company.
2) if the company has not given proper reply you can send a legal notice through Advocate.

2. If they still do not then send a legal notice;
3. Approach a local lawyer and explain your problem;
