Employer not giving Full n Final Settlement

I was on a Payroll for a company and working directly with their client. Post my last working day, when I approached my company for settling FnF, they asked me to approach the client and are not paying the FnF.

If they are not paying your FNF (Full and Final settlement) then you can initiate a complaint in labor court in front of labor commissioner. But before that I suggest you to go first with legal notice .
