Employee ran away breaching contract & misplaced equipments

My 3 month old employee suddenly decided to not show up at work causing me losses in that day's business. Later i realised my equipments are missing too. Can I take legal course of action?

Yes, you can initiate action against your ex-employee if he has failed to abide by the company policy. Also, you can initiate action for your missing equipments. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.

Well, you can file a Legal Suit against your Employee for leaving your Company without serving notice period in advance as per the Employment Contract executed between your Company and him under the concerned provisions of law.

Yes, you can take action by first sending a legal notice to recover the damages amount as per the contract (it must be around 2-3 months of his salary) and if he does not oblige, then you may go for filing Civil Summary Suit. If you need any assistance please contact.
