Employee on probation period be exempted from paying bond amount

Hi, I joined an organisation 4 months back and there is a bond of Rs. 3 Lacks for 2 years employment, but the work culture is very bad and there is no growth prospect and working hours are too heavy. I am under probation period and now I want to resign. And I don't want to pay the bond amount. Please help me what to do? I cant pay that much amount, I submitted my academic certificates in organisation

When a condition precedent agreement on which u signed, u r liable for it, u can't escape from the condition as n when u want, but the only remedy is request the management about inconvenience u r facing and try to get relieving letter amicably
