Do i have to serve bond period as well as notice period.

02-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
HI I have signed an employment contract with a company for a period of 2 years. In the contract it is mentioned that you will be in training for 6 months and after successful completion you will come into payroll and have to work for 2 years. It again states that a notice period of 3 months after the contract exists. I have joined the company on December 2014. I had training only for 3 months. So on March 2015 I came into payroll. Now I have got a job in another company. So If I resign now can I serve the notice period and bond period parallel? Or will the employer create any problem, since they have mentioned that 3 months notice period after the bond?

Tell me first whether your certificates are with them ?if it is so we can give a lawyer notice to get it back.if it it is not so ,You can give just a formal notice to them that you have got another job and you need to go.If they take any action we can move legally.98% there will not be any problem.since they themselves did not follow the rules of their agreement so you no need to follow.
