Declined to provide salary slip

I just left a job and mailed my company for salary slips , first they said give us some time we'll give it to you , but know they are refusing to give and even they haven't given me the offer letter and whenever I used to ask they used to skip the topic know what should I do I really need my salary slips
Send a written legal notice demanding salary slips and employment documents within 7–15 days. If they fail, file a complaint before the Labour Commissioner/Authority under Shops & Establishment Act or Payment of Wages Act. You are legally entitled to payslips.
