Dear Sir/ Madam My name is Rithesh Kumar KC , and I am reaching out to seek your legal expertise regarding an employment dispute. I was recently terminated from my position at Manager Security on [31st Dec 2024. I believe my termination was unjust and potentially in violation of labor laws. Reason for Termination: 1. Perfomance, Audit and Assault, Evidence: I have gathered relevant documents, including I am looking for legal representation to pursue justice and fair compensation.

Yes you can challenge the termination order on various grounds filing petition against employer, there must be prior notice and reason for termination and in accordance with the employment agreement so consult advocate and narrate each and every incident

A fair representation should be given against illegal termination and as you said that you have gathered enough evidence strengthening your matter. On this basis, you can claim compensation for harassment and mental agony.
