Concern regarding notice period

13-Nov-2025 (In Labour & Service Law)
My company delayed 2 month of salaries which is a continued act from their side. I resigned due to this and send resignation mail on November 12 2025,but my salary is credited today. I had mentioned I'm not serving notice period due to the delay in salary payments in the mail. Now, if they ask, do I have to serve notice period? My September and October salary was pending at the time of resignation.

First of all i have to verify the contents of your resignation letter and the details of yoir employment agreement. I can only give an effective opinion regarding your issue only after verifying your employment agreement as well as pronation recognition resignation letter issued by you
