Company shut down office and not paying due salaries.

I am working as an employee at a start up. Recently the company shut down its office and asked all the employees to leave without paying their 2 months salary.Now even experience letter they are asking me to resign and sign NOC. Is their anything I can do?
you can claim your salary from the company file a written complaint to the labor commissioner of the area and if you are appointed above supervisory level you can file writ in the high court of the state for your illegal termination.
