Company refusing to pay commission for business procured for them.

22-Dec-2024 (In Labour & Service Law)
Refusal to pay commission. Have extensive correspondence, but no agreement. Do not wish to sue. Can we threaten disclosure of some facts, harmful to them, in a very indirect manner, to persuade them to pay. But I think this could be illegal. Please advise

Well, if the Company is not agreeing to pay you commission, in pursuance of breach of their promises and if you do not want to sue this company into court for recovery of your Commission, then, you can give a legal warning to them, that, you would approach Media and disclose such secrets which you know about such company to make recovery of commission possible from them
