Company not deducting p.f. and e.s.i. from salary

I m working in private company on airport in transport department i m working here from 2 years but they dont cut p.f. nd e.s.i nd they pay by cash not cheaque or any account so in dat case somrthing can happen.
Please confirm 1. Company status - Private/Limited/Proprietorship, 2. Did you receive appointment letter from this company, if yes, please share, 3. Are you a contractual employee, 4. How many employees work for this company (On-rolls), 5. Do you have cash receipt for salary/cash received by you

Yes if employees are more than 20 in numbers they have to deduct pf and esi. Otherwise their tender/ contract can be cancelled with airport authority. U can get detail that wether they r deducting from other employees . If yes than u can file case , if no than all of u can file case
