Company not clearing F&F what action can i take

Hi Sir, I have served my notice period at the month of July 2016 . Employer said they will settle my 2 month payment , Experience letter and process of PF after 40 days .I keep on visiting to office on a weekly basis and call them it is almost 94 days but they r not ready to give any of the following .Please advice .
You have to raise a labour dispute against your employer seeking arrears of your salary and other perks, For this you must first and foremost issue a legal notice demanding from your employer all the arrears, plus relieving letter and Full and Final Statement of Accounts, if they do not comply with your demands, then you have to file a petition before the Labour Court and seek recovery of these monies from there together with litigation costs.

If you have it in writing that your previous employer will give you the required documents and the amount etc. in 2 months - then on the basis of that you can send a legal notice to your former employer. If you don't have anything in writing directly, look for emails, whatsapp texts, sms etc. and you can then consult a lawyer for it. I'd recommend sending a strong letter/ email to your former employer, and if they don't reply or they don't co-operate, then take legal remedies.
