Company name capgemini.... now I came back to agra

In my company there is a person who is project manager and I was unix admin ...as I take some whiskey I asked him to have food with me and call him 4,5 times but he only take 1 call and msg me I will call u later I call him 2,3 more time then he blocks my no. And remove me from main group of company without any warning he terminate me not even unblock me till now ...Is this is an legal termination ... one more thing my termination letter says that I was terminated 2 days ago when this incident happens
Termination of an employee can only be based upon his performance and the indiscipline as far as his professional conduct is conserned during the office hours or within the office premises. His personal conduct outside the office may not be a the reason for his termination.
