I am working in a transport company since 23 years. And now at the post of executive manager. Now my age is 53. My company wants me to take retirement now. They have already sent a man tk replace me. They use this kind of practice from last 2 yaers to force their senior employees to take retirement. Hello sir. You can always move court in case your forced retirement is mala fide or is based on no evidence or is altogether arbitrary. Your entire service record will have to be taken into account in such a scenario.

The appropriate remedy is to approach court under retirement discrimination or challenge the regulation dealing with retirement of an employee. However, for that you will need to possess documents showing that your company is forcing you to retire, mental harassment caused to you by the company, etc.
