Case is pending at Final hearing stage since 2017 in Nagpur Highcourt

Not getting any clue whether case is on board or not, as industrial court Yavatmal passed judgement in favor employee with full wages and continuation in service and ZP filled WP in appeal against judgement in Nagpur Highcourt in 2016 and since then case is in final hearing stage last date was 16/03/2020 as shown in case status. Request help to know whats the more time it will take to come to decision as My Father fighting for this case since 2002 and now his age is 69 yr. Case No. WP/3191/2017
