Can I take legal action for being terminated after reporting illness

I was employed as a Financial Counsellor in a private hospital in Telangana. I was terminated verbally after I missed a morning meeting due to severe dizziness. I later found out that I was pregnant. I was not given any appointment letter, offer letter, termination letter, salary slips, experience certificate, notice, show-cause notice, domestic enquiry, or an opportunity to explain my case.
