06-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Due to some health issues my friend working for a finance pvt limited company has left the job without informing anyone. He joined the company on 16th august 2018 as a sales representative (i.e to bring new and fresh customers for FD, Mutual funds and insurance etc)He was also staying far away from home. His tranning continued fro 16th august to 21st August and on 23rd of august he left. His joinning process was also not properly completed and more over he has not signed any bond or contract with the company. Sir i want to know that is there any serious legal case pending against him or any police case ?

If he has not signed any documents with the Company then there is nothing to worry. In that case it is the lacuna of the HR of that Company that he did not able to complete the joining formalities of the new employee. As there is no documentary evidence ask your brother to tell the Court (in case of need) that he was under trial for uncertain period with no pay.
