One of ex employee is writing stupid comments on his facebool wall about the company. Where most of our current employees are connected to him , Can a company file a defamation case against him
Hello Sir,
You can file suit for damages and also institute criminal proceedings for defaming the company in online websites like facebook, twitter etc., because it is an offence, but it should fulfill the condition which comes under defamation.
