Bullying by higher official in a official meeting

I am working as group B officer in Central Govt autonomous body. Today in a staff meeting in the office a superior authority starts shouting and walk on towards my seat. He was about to manhandle me. what steps should be taken by me now?
Well, you can lodge a Complaint in writing against him to the Senior Management. If they won't resolve your issues, tell them, that, you will lodge a Police Complaint against that person or colleague of your's who mishandled you.
