Bond Payment, Relieving Letter

The psu where I signed 3year bond agreement, I worked for 13 months and resigned. they have not given me relieving letter for 2 months now they are telling according bond i have to pay around 12 lakhs, the salary they have given during training, but i did not get any training from them, i have provided my services to them.
hi if they are not giving the releving letter then you need to send the legal notice to them for taking action and need to see whether you had received any notice in the matter and based on that you could send reply to such notice
