Yes. If an employee left after the minimum-wage revision became effective, you can pay salary as per the revised applicable minimum wage for the period actually worked after the revision. For the period before the revision, the earlier applicable rate can be paid. The key is the effective date of the minimum-wage notification and the employee’s last working date.
