Appointment letter and offer letter

13-Feb-2025 (In Labour & Service Law)
I signed a joining letter, but it only confirms that my personal information is accurate; it does not mention my job profile or salary. After working for two months, the company has still not provided an offer letter or appointment letter. While they have paid my salary, they are holding 10 days' pay. Since there is no official employment document, can I leave without serving a notice period? They have my thumb machine data. Should I leave without resign letter?

Well ofcourse, you can leave this Company, as you have not signed on any Employment Contract yet. You are under no legal obligation to serve this Company, as the Company has not made you sign on any Document like Employment Contract.
