Absconding from MNC because of work pressure and work life balance

Hi Sir/Ma'am,
Currently i am working with Philips in Bangalore location. Its been 3 months I have joined here. The work I am getting is very frustrating and i am finding it difficult to manage my personal life and professional life. Hence I am thinking to abscond from the company. Philips has a long 3 Month notice period, which i can not serve. I got another offer from a reputed firm and planning to join there. I need your help to understand if in any way philips can take a legal action or harm me? and what should i do to avoid it. How should i proceed with this. Please help.

it's depends on agreement terms you entered at the time joining , they cannot arbitarily fix the notice period, but leaving the job not affects you any manner except you might end up in paying for the he notice period,.kindly go through your agreement.
