I submitted vrs applicatiom om 30/12/2024
After 90 days i relieved on 29/3/2025 after accepting my vrs notice
On 2nd of may I have submitted an application for rejoining /reinstatement as per maharastra government resoltiom of
2022 within 90 days after vrs .
As per govt the GR resignatiom can be taken back in 90 days
As I sought for vrs same gr should be applicable to me
Resignation and vrs are voluntay act of leaving service and the only difference is duration of service
I need to scrutinize the GR, then, I can tell you with surety, that, this GR will be applicable in your case or not! If you have the GR, kindly share or otherwise by doing by own research, I will find out the GR and figure out, Whether it is applicable in your case or not!
