Refund of my Insurance Policies

27-Jan-2025 (In Insurance Law)
I bought 2 policies from Shriram Life Insurance and Pramerica Life (1 Lack annual premium each) and were issued to me by agents, Vishal and Rahul. When I was sold these policies, both agents promised me that I would be eligible for a loan against them. However, they have failed to deliver on this promise, and despite my repeated follow-ups, I have not received the loan or any satisfactory assistance from them. Neither they are getting my refund back from the insurance companies. Pleas help me.

For detailed advice, I need to look into your policy documents. However if the insurance company or its agents are not providing services promised to you during the purchase of said policies, you can approach the consumer dispute forum to avail your rights in the Insurance Policy.

Hello, please check whether your policies have money back or endowment plan and you should have paid a certain amount of premium, which is specified in the agreement. If your policy is eligible for a loan, then I can help you get loan or refund amount with damages. If you need further assistance, you have to provide the insurance policy and other necessary information.
