I file case more than 1.5 years and claim not received yet. Please let me know if the claim settlement need more time. As per my lawyer the insurance company representative is not coming on case date.

as per your lawyer the opposite party is not coming. if the case is such then your lawyer should initiate the matter and get the orders in your favour and finish the case. time cannot be determined in such cases.
