IPC 475 in Simple Words
If someone counterfeits a device or mark used to authenticate documents described in section 467 of the Code, intending to make forged documents appear authentic, or possesses such material with that intent, they can be punished with life imprisonment or imprisonment for up to seven years, and may also be fined.
