IPC 376E in Simple Words
According to section 376E of the Indian Penal Code, a person previously convicted of certain sexual offenses (section 376, 376A, or 376D) and later convicted of another offense under these sections can be punished with either life imprisonment (imprisonment for the rest of their life) or death penalty.
