Indian penal code contains death penalty for gruesome crime like waging war against state murder, attempt to murder, abetment to suicide by lunatics or child, rape related and repeat offenders in some cases and so on ... Section 121,132,194,402,305,307,396,364A,376A,376E have provision for death sentences .. so total ten sections are there which contain death sentence
