Whoever commits the offence of undue influence or personation at an election shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year or with fine, or with both.

IPC 171F in Simple Words

Section 171F of the Indian Penal Code states that anyone who engages in undue influence or personation at an election may be punished with imprisonment up to one year or fined, or both.
