Description of IPC Section 112

According to section 112 of Indian penal code, If the act for which the abettor is liable under the last preceding section is committed in addition to the act abetted, and constitute a distinct offence, the abettor is liable to punishment for each of the offences.



IPC 112 in Simple Words

If the abettor is also involved in the act besides encouraging it, and the act committed is a separate offense from the one abetted, the abettor can be punished for both offenses.
