VIsitor visa for United Kingdom refused

13-Oct-2023 (In Immigration Law)
I have visited to UK for the past 5 years with my wife, as my three children are living in Uk.Elder Daughter is UK citizen, son is in Settlement Status, and my younger daughter is in work permit. Regularly we are visiting UK from 2011. so we have applied 10 years long term visa. But the Visa officer refused our application because he stated that we are staying in UK more than the time that we have specified in our application. For eg. in our application we mentioned 29 days to stay, but we return back to India after 5 months like this. but we never exceed 180 days which they have mentioned in the home office site. They not give any chance to us for a APPEAL against this refusal decision. kindly advise what to do. shall we submit a new application.

This is mostly a reason of denial of visa by the UK Border Agency to the parents whose children are residing in the UK. You have an option of getting an immigration case filled in UK by your elder daughter who is a UK citizen. Or take your chance applying again.
