07-Oct-2023 (In Immigration Law)
Hi! I'm a 23 year old hindu male working in South Korea. My fiance, 23, also hindu, is studying in Canada. Is it possible for us to get married at the Korean/Canadian embassy? If yes, can I get the details of teh required procedure?

My practice focuses in the area of U.S. immigration matters. As far as U.S. immigration is concerned, the marriage should be valid as per the local law where it was solemnized . As such, if you or your fiance would ever want to immigrate to the U.S., you will have to prove that your marriage was valid per the local laws of Korea.
