Refusal of visa how long should i wait to apply again

Hi I have applied b2 visa in aug 2016 for usa and got refusal under section 212(a)(6)(c)(i) .they have not mentioned i am banned for this country.so can i apply again for same visa so should i wait for some period.
Section 212(a)(6)(C)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) bars a Foreign National from receiving a visa or admission into the U.S. if this alien has previously obtained or attempted to obtain a visa, other documentation, admission or other benefit by means of fraud or by willfully misrepresenting a material fact.
An Foreign National found inadmissible under INA 212(a)(6)(C)(i) for fraud or material misrepresentation is forever barred from obtaining a visa or admission into the U.S. unless the Foreign National gets a waiver of inadmissibility.
You may be eligible for a Non Immigrant Visa (NIV) Waiver under Section 212(d)(3) of the INA.
