Legal action against consultant providing fake offer letter

The consultant providing fake offer letter of job in Canada. When we find it that it's fake documents.we demand our money back but they refused to pay my money back. Please suggest me what should we do.
you can lodge an FIR at your concerned police station. however the police might not lodge FIR saying it is your fault in which case you need to file case in court under section 156(3) read with 200 CrPC. the said complaint will go to the magistrate on whose direction the police will lodge FIR.

Dear sir/ Mam,
as I am able to understand that the job consultant provided you with the fake offer letter of job in Canada, you can demand your money back after giving him a due legal notice to refund your amount, if he is still refusing you are having ample of remedies available with you. in civil, criminal misc proceedings.
