Getting PCC while 498a case pending in the court

Hi
I am currently residing in Ireland with work permit visa. I need some suggestion regarding how to get a clear PCC while 498a case pending in the court. I require PCC to apply for visa extension.

Since a 498A case is a criminal matter, obtaining a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) can be challenging unless the case is quashed or you secure a court direction. You can try approaching the High Court for a direction to the concerned authority to issue PCC if you are not declared an absconder and have appeared before the trial court. Submitting proof of regular court appearance and no pending NBW/LOC may help. Alternatively, you can explore getting PCC from the Indian Embassy based on available police verification records.
