My divorce case is pending and I am planning to travel to US with my daughter what is the process and documents needed
If your divorce case is pending, you need either the consent of your spouse or court permission to take your daughter abroad. Apply for court permission under Guardians and Wards Act if consent is not given. Carry child's passport, visa, court affidavit/order, and proof of custody or guardianship. Without proper consent or order, travel may be considered parental abduction.
