Application for Indian citizenship via naturalization of UK citizen

Regarding the requisite documents, I want to know if they are time sensitive?. In particular, the date newspaper announcement. Does it have to published right before the application is made. I want to organise the documents in November, before I return to UK. This is to help my son. Jack, as much as I can, he will be sitting his ISC boards and applying for his citizenship in March 2017. I will be in UK working at that time so can make his application on line. I specifically want to know the Governments exact requirments about the dates on e documents. If you'd be so kind to shed light
