My builder impose GST 6% instead of 1%_affordable homes Rera approved

My Name is Rajesh Kumar and i book flat in Shalimar city (MR proview Realtech Pvt Ltd) builder Ghaziabad. At the time of booking builder committed that apply GST 1% at my total payment but he apply 6%. Please suggest what i do.
is the said commitment is transcribed in the agreement if so then you can move to rera or nclt under section 7 of ibc and you will get the desire order you can file in nclt if the demand is more than 1 lakhs
